All event tickets are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another guest with advance notice.

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to your scheduled session.

Appointments may be canceled up to 28  days prior to your scheduled session.

If you are unable to attend, your session may be transferred to another person with prior approval up to 24 Hours prior to the event.
